Kevin has 25 years of experience with the design, sales, and installation of commercial Type I and II hood systems, exhaust fans, and makeup air units including electrical and fire suppression. He partners with restaurant owners and contractors to deliver code-compliant kitchens. Whether new construction or upgrades to an existing space, Kevin delivers a reliable service from quote to final inspection.

After serving as a journeyman electrician, foreman, and project manager, Bo went on to manage the electrical maintenance department at Fort Eustis in southeast Virginia. In 2007, he founded Tidewater Power and Electric and oversaw its growth and development into Tidewater Contracting Inc. Partnered with Glenn, Bo continues to expand the company's capabilities and customer base while maintaining the quality service that has been the backbone of Tidewater Contracting.
Glenn brings more than 30 years of industry experience. He began his career at Betty's Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning in 1991, building a strong foundation in the trade before joining Tidewater Contracting. In 2011, Glenn partnered with Bo, sharing leadership values and a vision for the company's future. He now leads estimating efforts while supporting successful project delivery across the company’s diverse portfolio.
